Elite Tree Service is hiring experienced climbers, groundsmen, and equipment operators for field work across central and south Arkansas. Competitive pay, owner on every job, and steady work year-round.
Tree work is physical. It's outdoors year-round in Arkansas heat, cold, and rain. Every day is different. You might be trimming branches, running a stump grinder, rigging a complex removal, or clearing a lot. It's challenging work, and it's rewarding.
At Elite Tree Service, you're part of a small, experienced crew. You work for an owner who does the same work you do. There's no corporate layer between you and management. It's direct communication, respect for your skills, and room to grow in a company that's actively building its commercial operation.
We treat our crew the way we treat our customers: with honesty and professionalism.
You show up on time. You're not afraid of heights or hard work. You can handle Arkansas weather and the physical demands of the job. You want to work with experienced people and learn from them.
A CDL is a plus but not required. What matters is willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. If you've got tree experience, that's ideal. If you don't, but you're genuinely interested in the trade, we'll consider you.
Competitive pay based on your experience and skill. You provide your own work boots and work clothes. We provide all equipment and tools needed for the job.
On-the-job training covers all aspects of tree work, from ground crew responsibilities to equipment operation. As the company grows its commercial operation, there's real opportunity to develop specialized skills in crane operations, commercial account management, and equipment oversight.
This is a growing company. The people who come in now and prove themselves have an opportunity to grow with it.
We're actively looking for people to join the crew. Entry-level and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Ground crew and climbing roles. Responsible for safe tree removal, trimming, debris handling, and site cleanup. Experience preferred -- entry-level candidates with strong work ethic considered.
Operate chippers, skid steers, and support equipment on tree removal and land clearing jobs. CDL or heavy equipment experience a plus. Training available for the right candidate.
Run stump grinding equipment independently or as part of a crew. Position involves travel across our 120-mile service area. Willingness to learn equipment operation required.
Support crane-assisted tree removals as part of a specialized team. Experience with rigging, aerial work, or crane support preferred. This role grows with the company's commercial expansion.
Fill out the form and tell us about your experience and interest. You can also call or email directly -- we respond Monday through Saturday.
